An end to Site 41

FIRST NATIONS PEOPLE, The Anishinabe Women - Keepers of the Water joined together with local farmers and residents across Ontario and beyond to end a plan to dump garbage into an area of land in Elmvale, in Simcoe County. It was a long 25 year battle, but thanks to the courage of the Native women and others this land and the precious water that runs beneath it has been protected - for now!
