UW Work Placement Positions

Work Placement positions are periodically available and will be listed on Jobmine and on this site.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST MEET the University of Waterloo Work Placement Program requirements:

 Must have been in school full-time and in receipt of OSAP funding during the current academic term AND

Must be returning to full-time degree studies at UW in the term immediately following the work placement, AND

Must be in satisfactory academic standing in their program of study.

Volunteer Opportunities

Alternatives welcomes volunteers of all varieties, year-round. The type of volunteer work needed differs from one season to the next. Possible volunteer tasks could include, proofreading, research, fundraising, special event coordination, photo-editing, illustration and general office help.
