I know a guy who yells, "How green do you want it?" when the car ahead is slow to move forward after the light has changed. Not that he's expecting a response, at least not from the driver ahead. Eric's been driving for maybe 50 years and the line is mostly for the entertainment of his passengers.

Still, it's a good question, especially for environmentalists. Because so much in our world is unjust and unsustainable, purity is not possible and practicality is not sufficient. In such circumstances, how green should we be? ...
