Emily Slofstra is the Associate Web Editor at A\J. She is a recent graduate of Environment Studies at WLU, and is now pleased to be splitting her time between Alternatives, her band The Tra La Las, and her urban homestead. Emily tries to live as plastic-free, local, and organic as possible, and blogs about her process on a personal blog- the Duke St. Diggers– in addition to here.

Jessica Kuepfer is the Advertising and Outreach Liaison at A\J. A fresh graduate from the University of Waterloo with an English major and French minor, and divides her time between audience development at A\J, instructing fitness classes at a local gym, and teaching writing for The Anavitas Group. She is assistant coach to the varsity Cross Country team at the University of Waterloo and volunteers with Greening Sacred Spaces. Off duty, she is reading, outside training for her next marathon, or sharing her experiences on her personal blog.
