The university prides itself in focusing on one student at a time so everyone can get the most out of their experience. |

Students have the opportunity to study and care for a wide variety of exotic plants in their greenhouse. The college also houses a 40.5-hectare arboretum. |

Some examples of these are its Eco-Box program, which allows students to purchase reusable takeout containers for their on-campus meals, a coffee-cup recycling program, and their annual Urban Farm project at the Kingston and Brockville campuses. |
