I’m already logged in to alternativesjournal.ca. Why do I have to log in again?
Please note that your subscription account is different than your alternativesjournal.ca website account. Use the website account to submit content, like events, or track orders from the store, and use your subscription account to review and make changes to your subscriptions.
What is the status of my subscription?
You can log in to your subscriber account to view the status of your subscription, including the number of issues remaining. Currently this feature is only available to print subscriptions – if you’d like information about an existing digital subscription, please drop us a line at digital[at]alternativesjournal.ca with your e-mail address and name.
Where can I find my customer number?
Your customer number is located on the mailing label of your recent issue. It is six digits long and will be printed in the top left, above the name on the label (see the example on the right).
I purchased a digital subscription but haven’t received my first issue yet.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your account to be created and to receive the current issue. If you still have not received any e-mails from our partners (Pocketmags or Zinio), please let us know at digital[ at ]alternativesjournal.ca and include your name and the e-mail address you used to subscribe.
Can I buy merchandise and renew my subscription at the same time?
Subscriptions must be purchased separately from other products. Please purchase store items – like print and PDF back issues, posters or event tickets, and also the amazing Friends of A\J subscription package – at alternativesjournal.ca/store.
